Fantastic service!!! The drivers were friendly and on time. We never had to wait even a minute. They helped us with our luggage and helped us get in and out of the water taxis safely. The cars and water taxis were very clean as well. From the very beginning, this company has been very helpful. I booked this service with the help of Marco who works for this company. Marco was very helpful and very responsive even when it was late at night in Venice. The drivers were all wonderful. We would definitely recommend this to others. What a dream! Marco was amazing helping me organise a special surprise for my husband! Picking us up from the airport with a tour of the Grand Canal! A magical romantic trip the next day to Burano and a return trip to the airport. Every single minute was perfect! Our Driver was great fun and treated us like Royalty! This was the best way to arrive after flying all night to Venice from Philadelphia. The driver picked us up from the airport with a sign with our name on it, took us to an air conditioned private Mercedes van, that drove us to the port, our private vaperetto was waiting for us with captain! Dropped us off at our hotel in Venice. Easy way to arrive with nothing to think about after being tired from the flight. Fun and exciting for the entire family!! The absolute BEST way to get from the Venice Cruise Terminal to Marco Polo Airport is BookTaxiVenice. It took me 5 minutes to book on their website the day before embarkation using PayPal to pre-pay. The next morning our party of 4 was met by a very professional, pleasant driver who was waiting with my name on a sign just inside the terminal door. A few short steps outside was a spotlessly clean, air conditioned Mercedes van. Our heavy luggage was whisked quickly into the back and 20 minutes later we were at the airport checking in our bags. I just wanted to say that was a great service you provided for us today and last Friday. Both water taxis were on time and both taxi drivers were helpful and pleasant; the host greeted us at the airport with our names on a board, exactly as planned, and drove us to the water dock. Then today the same man actually ran to meet us when he saw our motoscafo pulling into a different dock.I will recommend you to others I know, and would definitely use you again.

The service could not have been better from the booking and payment on line to the actual delivery of the service. We arrived in Venice in torrential rain and an English speaking driver met us at The airport with umbrellas and a van to wisk us and our baggage to the water taxi dock, where a boat ride through a very choppy lagoon delivered us to our hotel. Marco your service went seamlessly as was arranged! Your courteous taxi driver promptly met us in the cruise terminal in Venice following our disembarkation and drove us to meet David waiting in our private water taxi for our tour through the Grande Canal in Venice, the islands of Murano, and Burano and concluding at the airport dock only to be met with our taxi driver who dropped us at our hotel door by the airport. Perfectly organized from beginning to end! Your prompt response to all my questions and willingness to deliver a custom experience and then delivering exactly what you promised leads to this note of praise and thanks!
